To initiate a case review, please submit an inquiry through the Contact page or email jdaley@tripointmlc.com with a brief description of the matter and anticipated timeline.

Upon initial review and confirmation of engagement, you will receive a secure, access-controlled upload link for confidential document submission.

All materials are handled with professional discretion and used solely for medical-legal consulting purposes.

For large file transfers or time-sensitive matters, please indicate urgency in your initial inquiry.

Security & Confidentiality

All case materials are transmitted and maintained through restricted-access systems designed to limit unauthorized access. Public file-sharing links are not used for the transfer of confidential case documents.

TriPoint MLC operates exclusively as a medical-legal consulting service. Expert witness testimony and courtroom appearances are not provided.
